I haven't attempted group play at this point Dark And Darker Gold, but might do it in the near future, however I don't think I'll be making a difference if I hit my teammates with spells (which I'm assuming will be the case as enemies can hit one another). It's not possible to put 3 players against four zombies in one tiny room that isn't vertical and expect them to have front, middle or back lines.
